Travel finds are not just souvenirs; they can be great design elements that add a touch of wanderlust to your home decor. Incorporating these treasures into your space can create a unique and personalized look that tells the story of your adventures. Here are some design tips on how to style your travel finds in your home:

Create a Gallery Wall: Showcase your travel finds by creating a gallery wall with a mix of photos, artwork, and mementos from your trips. Mix and match different frame styles and sizes to add visual interest. This can be a great conversation starter and a reminder of the places you've been. Use Them as Centerpieces: Display your travel finds as centerpieces on shelves, coffee tables, or mantels. This could be anything from a beautiful vase picked up in a foreign market to a unique sculpture that caught your eye. By placing them strategically, you can draw attention to these pieces and elevate the overall look of the room.

All of these rocks and seashells are from past family vacations. Every time we go on a trip we try and find a heart shaped rock, which is a tradition inspired by my mom who has done the same things for years. These white heart rocks are from a trip to Hawaii. The knofe case is a display of knives that were collected by my great great grandfather. While my coffee table may not look like a magazine, it makes me feel like I am special and loved which I feel is far more important.

Mix and Match with Existing Decor: Don't be afraid to mix your travel finds with your existing decor. The key is to balance the different elements in the room. For example, if you have a minimalist style, a colorful rug from Morocco or a set of intricate handmade pottery can add a pop of color and texture without overpowering the space.

Incorporating your travel finds into your home decor not only adds character and personality to your space but also allows you to relive your adventures every day. Remember, there are no set rules when it comes to styling your travel finds - let your creativity and personal style guide you in creating a space that truly feels like home.
