Micah & Co Install Contract

Billable Design Time - Onsite

Billable Design Time includes onsite installation and errands for any additional items that may be needed. Micah & Co install hourly rate is $300 an hour for MC Team. We require an install meeting/phone call before the official install that allows us to understand your wishes, communicate all expectations and vision for our work. Installs follow a standard 9AM - 6PM work day timeline. If your install requires more hours of work than a standard workday, a multiple day install will need to be scheduled, out of respect for our team’s time as well as yours!

Billable Design Time - Travel

Billable travel time for team is $300 an hour.

Travel Expenses

The client will pay for all travel-related expenses, time traveling, airfare, car rental, and $100/day per diem to cover food, etc. In addition, the client will pay MA Designs for billable hours while traveling.

Purchases for Client

We ask for a 2 week advance notice for any accessory purchases desired for install. Micah & Co agrees to purchase items for the client per the client’s approval. All billable time while making purchases, following up on deliveries, etc., will be charged to the client. A detailed list and an invoice for reimbursement payment will be sent.

Billing and payment

Twice a month, the client will receive an email invoice, due upon receipt. Payments received later than 15 days from the invoice date will be assessed a 10% late fee. If invoices are outstanding for more than 30 days, MA Designs reserves the right to seek legal action. All purchases must be paid in full before ordering the product.

Liability

Micah & Co is not a contractor, nor do we provide those services. We will ask a contractor to be a part of our installation (should we need one). Micah & Co is not liable for the contractor’s work.

Portfolio

All design projects are subject to being shown on the MA Designs website, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or any other advertisement we may do to represent our work unless otherwise requested by the client.
