Procedures & Agreement
Micah & Co will email the final design board and detailed Order List for approved to the client, including all selected items with pricing for approval.
Upon approval, a 50% minimum deposit will be required for the order to be fulfilled based upon the scope of the project. The client will receive the Order List via email and be invoiced via Quickbooks before ordering will begin.
The Order List will be updated to include all pricing, the shipping & delivery charges, tax after all purchases are made and then a final invoice will be sent via once all items are delivered. As delivery dates become available or change, they will be forwarded to the client via email weekly. The client will be charged an administrative fee of (.25 to .75) for weekly communication as we oversee purchase fulfillment (usually takes an average of 10 weeks).
Deliveries: There are certain products/brands that require a signature for delivery. Please make sure you are available and communicate to ensure a fee isn’t associated with a new delivery time.
If there are damaged items, we must be notified to handle return or replacement as soon as possible. Therefore, please check every item immediately to ensure it’s correct and not damaged.
Micah & Co can only be held responsible for reimbursement or replacement if we are notified in time.
Micah & Co cannot be held accountable for delays, backorders, or damaged items from vendors.
Micah & Co doesn’t share industry designer discounts.
Upon receipt of the order summary, the balance remaining is to be reimbursed to Micah & Co by wire, check or credit card. If paying by check, the mailing address is shown below. (Due upon receipt)

A 3% convenience fee will be added to the total and an invoice will be emailed to the client for payment. (Due upon receipt) Please inform the Designer of payment preference before items are purchased.
