We will curate a Designer Meeting Schedule for your whole build or remodel based on your builders'/contractors' approved vendors. Each scheduled meeting is agreed to be communicated with an expected amount of hours listed.  

We have tailored our schedule based on years of experience, ensuring we batch and select items to save our clients money and time by streamlining the selections. Throughout each selection, you will leave a design meeting with the selections documented in an organized fashion and emailed to you to leave zero guesswork for anyone.

Our goal is to make selections BEFORE they are needed to remain ahead of the building schedule.

Here is a brief example of just a few of our documents:

• Pre-build Selections (make all the selections needed before you even break ground)

• Tile, Carpet & Sample Paint (you receive this detailed list when you leave your meeting with us)

• Tile Drawings (removes mistakes and the lengthy site walk with the designer)

• Detailed Paint Sheet (emailed to painter and builder to ensure nothing is missed)

• Countertop Selections (includes all the unique details to make sure this is intentionally designed)

We document the design experience in many ways to help you stay organized and have a clear understanding of your selections and a vision board that stays up to date to ensure proper installation on site.
