What to expect: Pre-Build Meeting

The Pre- Build Meeting is a crucial first step in design! This meeting takes about 2 hours as we do an overview of the entire home to get an overall design scope plan.

At this meeting we will review the following:

• Photo dump of all your inspiration

• Current plans by architect

• Pre-build selection sheet

As go through all the inspiration you have gathered for us, we will ensure it lines up with your specific design style. We will make sure it is compatible with your floor plan or maybe tweak the floor plan (if your plans are not final) to make sure it will produce the desired results.

We have curated a specific list of items we will talk through that are extremely important to be decided before you break ground.

After Pre-Build selections are made, we are ready to start the build process and it will serve as a guide throughout the remainder of the build! You need a serious game plan to have a well designed home and this is play #1 in our designer playbook!
