Project Update: House of Sugar
Today’s blog will give you a project update of one of our new builds! Project #houseofsugar has been such a labor of love and we are so excited to go behind the scenes with you to show you just how everything is moving along. Within these walls memories will be made and joy will be shared. As a designer, it is always my priority to help your vision come to life by communicating with the builder (Jeff Gibbs) the aesthetic desires you might have. It’s been a joy to work with his team and the clients!
For the #houseofsugar project, cabinets and tiles have started to add personality to the home. The selection of cabinets introduces warmth and functionality, turning empty spaces into welcoming areas for gathering and storage. Meanwhile, tiles add layers of texture and color, breathing life into floors and walls, transforming a house under construction into a space envisioning comfort and home.
The tile choice in their laundry room was a risk worth taking! Love moments when clients push past their comfort zone to create a space that makes you smile!
We are well underway with paint and stain. This is a process and dare I even say a science. Thankfully we have all the selections made to bring color into the home!
The vision that once existed only on paper is now taking shape before our eyes, with every detail coming together to form a beautiful and functional home. Soon, #houseofsugar project will be ready to be filled with memories to last a lifetime. The journey from blueprint to reality is almost complete, and as a designer it brings me joy to see it come together!
