ON GOING DESIGN WITH micah & Co team
We can help with it all! If you need help with a new build, remodel, commercial space, or Interior Design, we can help plan the design to the finishing touches. Our first appointment is very comprehensive, and we are prepared to get the most details about the overall design and curate a detailed meeting schedule and vision for your space. Our ongoing services start with an initial consultation rate of $395. Then all design time is billed at the designer rate of $180 after that.

Every home is unique. Whether you've lived in one place or twelve, your living spaces stay with you long after you've left them. We love helping you make your space unique and reflect your style!
During this session, we focus on helping you make all design decisions for one room. We will leave you with an ideal purchasing list of retail sources and a strategy to implement the design plan when your time and finances allow. WHOLE HOUSE NEW BUILD OR REMODEL PAINT & STAIN
30 minute initial phone call to determine samples. 1 hour in person follow-up to determine colors. Detailed paint sheet emailed for contractor use.

E-DESIGN PACKAGE
We offer an E-design package to fit your need and your budget!
One-room, design board with 2 -15 minute phone calls.
$500 one time fee
*any overages of time will be billed hourly rate
